Directions
Intermediate Move: Place forearms on ground or SmithShaper Pad and mount both feet in the center of Smith Shaper. Keeping legs straight contract your abs and pull your feet towards your chest until you form a 90 degree angle with your entire body. Repeat this movement for the desired number of reps. Dismount SmithShaper one foot at a time.
Advanced Move: Repeat as above, but stay on your hands the entire movement as opposed to your forearms
