Directions
Lie down on your back and place one foot on the SmithShaper (SS). Extend your opposite leg our at a 45 degree angle. Raise your hips off the floor and slowly push the SS away from your body to your desired range of motion before contracting hamstring and returning to starting position. Repeat this for desired amount of reps and then change sides and repeat. When finished, return hips to ground and dismount SS.
