Place hands on floor shoulder width apart and mount both feet in the center of Smith Shaper. Keeping a straight back assume "push-up" position and begin to pull your legs toward your chest. Once your knees have reached your chest push them back into original position. Repeat this movement for the desired number of reps. Dismount SmithShaper one foot at a time.
