Ss: Ab Plank Roll Outs

Position yourself with your knees down on a mat or Smith Shaper Pad. Anchor feet and place hands in the center of the Smith Shaper. Slowly begin to roll your body forwards extending to your level of comfort. When you reach the top of the extension slowly return to starting position. Repeat this movement for desired number of reps.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Use Dumbbells to support and anchor your feet if you do not have a spotter.
