Make sure to watch the video for modifications on this movement, especially if you are starting out. If you feel any pain in your knees, your feet probably need to start out farther away from your chair, even if this feel scary to sit back down. If it does, you can use your hands to start with. Think about standing, and driving your hips forward, and really pressing your hips back to sit down. Bend your hips!! :)
