Directions
Grab a barbell and stand in a hip width (or slightly wider) stance. Squat down keeping a neutral spine and tight core (gaze slightly up). Breathe out as you come up out of the squat, and breathe out as you press the barbell overhead. Make sure you get the barbell straight up overhead, not to your front. Try to not hyperextend back as you press this overhead, as it can stress the lower back.
