Squat To Curl To Press (Dumbbells)

Directions
Grab 2 matching dumbbells in a slightly wider than hip width squat. Keep a tight core and a neutral spine (eyes slightly up) and drop into a full depth squat. Stand up and do a curl and and overhead press, palms rotating forward at the top. Breath out as you stand up, and as you press overhead. Keep torque - screwing your heels into the ground while engaging your glutes.

This can be done super slow to increase intensity.
