Split Squat Hop

Step into a split squat and remain in the split stance throughout the duration or reps. Lower your back knee down to the ground and, pressing through the ball of the back foot and the front leg, push into the air, keeping the legs in the split stance position. Remain on the same leg for the duration of time or reps.
