Spiderman Push Up

Start from a plank position with your hands under the shoulders, arms extended. Bend your elbows to a ninety degree angle, bringing your right knee to the right elbow at the same time. As you push yourself away from the floor extend the leg back and put it back down on the floor. Repeat on the other side. Inhale on the way down and exhale on the way up.
