Spiderman Kickthroughs

Directions
This move is combining the Spiderman Mountain Climb with Kickthroughs. Perform the Spiderman Climb and bring your foot back down to the push up plank position, then step out to do the kickthrough. For a more intense exercise, add a push up in between each side.
