Speed Skater Hops

Directions
Keeping "low" all throughout the move, hop to right with your right leg, and then bring your left leg back behind the right leg, at an angle, tapping the toes briefly. Swing that left leg out to the left and hop onto it, bringing now your right leg behind the left, at an angle, touching lightly before hopping back to the right.
