Spartan Switch Lunge

1. Assume a close squat position. Reach your right hand across to touch the opposing foot. 2. Jump to a lunge position, with the right foot forward and the right hand in the air. 3. Jump back to squat position and repeat. 4. Do not switch sides between reps.
Helpful tips and Tricks
When you feel comfortable with the movement, you can add a dumbell. DO NOT use any weight heavier than 15 lbs.
