Slow Push Up On Vibration Platform

This is a demonstration of a slow push up on a vibration platform. From a push up position, tighten your core with a neutral spine, externally rotating the shoulders feeling a pinch in your shoulder blades. Slowly move down and up, taking 10 seconds to 1 minute (or longer) in each direction. Keep breathing deeply and normally from the diaphragm.
Helpful tips and Tricks
You can go super slow until you cannot do another quality slow rep, then go normal pace for what you have left in the tank. ex. 4-12 slow, 4-12 normal
