Directions
Using a close grip, lift the EZ Curl bar above your head and hold it with your elbows in as you lie on the bench.
Keeping the upper arms stationary, lower the bar by allowing the elbows to flex.
Push the bar back to the starting position by extending the elbow and exhaling.
Repeat this range of motion until all reps are completed.
Sit back up on the bench, stand up and lower the bar to the floor.
