Skull Crushers: Dumbbell, Two Arms

Directions
Grab dumbbells in each hand and lie back on bench. Extend both arms overhead. Bend your elbows so your forearms are parallel to the floor. Slowly straighten your arms, then lower them to the starting position. Repeat this range of motion until all reps are completed. Sit back up on bench, stand up and place dumbbells on the bench in front of you.
