Skaters Lunge Off Bench W/ Weight

Grab a matching set of weights. Put a foot on the bench with the ball of your foot into the bench (you can also go top of the foot in bench either way works). Hop the standing foot out so your knee is not in front of the foot. Drop down into a lunge, driving through the front heel. Breathe out as you push up out of the lunge. Count your reps, or time each leg to be even in fatigue.
