Single Leg X Hop Alt. Pattern

Directions
Stand on a single leg and hop in an "X" pattern landing lightly on the ball of foot. Reverse this pattern alternating on each rep. Breathe out upon jumping. Take care to land lightly, and stop if you experience joint pain.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Increasing the speed or distance will also increase difficulty.
