Single Leg Squat On Bosu

Stand on either side of the bosu on a single leg (Flat side demonstrated) and perform a squat pushing the butt back and never letting the knee go forward past the plane of the foot. If you feel knee pain, modify or stop the exercise. Breathe out while coming up out of the squat.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Start on the floor or folded mat if a bosu is too difficult.
