Single Leg Pushdowns On Assisted Pull Up Machine

Facing assisted dip machine, place your right foot on the plate you would normally stand on, with your other leg behind you. Grab the handles for stability. Push down on plate with your right foot, driving through your heel and fully extend the legs & hips without locking out the knee. Squeeze your glutes during a brief pause at bottom, then return to starting position. Complete a full set with right leg, then switch legs.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Keep your knee from going past your toes. Remember the weight selected is the actual weight you will use as you are now pushing against the plate.
