Single Leg Drop W Static Kettle Bell Hold

While lying on your back holding a kettlebell straight over your shoulders, tilt your pelvis back slightly contracting your core keeping pressure on the mat. Then drop a single leg down keeping a slight bend in the other leg. This movement can be done slowly to increase intensity. Breathe out as the leg nears the ground.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Keep your shoulders back and down on the body. Using a slightly heavier kettlebell will make this move easier.
