Single Leg Drop W Pullover

Lying on your back with a kettlebell, dumbbell or medicine ball, while keeping a flat back on the mat drop one leg down while dropping the kettlebell to the floor over your head. Maintaining a slight posterior pelvic tilt and pressure on the mat is the key to the core element of this movement. This can be done super slow as well.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Keep your arms straight and breathe out as both the kettlebell and leg drop down. The other leg can remain slightly bent.
