Single Leg Deadlift To Row

Perform a single leg deadlift with a dumbbell or kettlebell. At the "bottom" of the deadlift--when the weight is close to the floor and one leg is straight out behind you, perform a single arm row, bringing the weight to your armpit, keeping your elbow close. Take the weight back down, and then bring your torso and back leg back to standing simultaneously.
