Single Leg Calf Raise On Box

Directions
Standing with one leg on a box (slight bend in knee), drop your heel to its maximum position, then raise to its maximum height with no motion in the knee. Work until a deep fatigue then stretch out calf. Speed can be anywhere from super slow to explosive.
Helpful tips and Tricks
This can be with both legs, or super slow taking 10-60 seconds per direction.
