Single Leg Bridge Right Leg

Put one leg on a swiss ball (weight on the ball of your foot) and the other leg straight in the air. Keeping down pressure on the ball on the foot (not pushing the ball out) roll your back down until your lower back touches, but your but stays up. Then bridge back up slowly breathing out as you come up. Keep a tight core and relaxed shoulders.
