Single Leg Bosu Hop

Line in in front of a bosu and hop up onto the center of the top of the bosu using care to land light and keep your balance. Breathe out upon jumping up. Only do this exercise if you have good single leg stability and strong ankles, as it is a bit risky on your ankle and foot.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Start with low reps and make sure your bosu is properly inflated.
