Single Leg 90 Knees Pullover

While lying on your back with a kettlebell (demonstrated), dumbbell or medicine ball over your shoulders bend you knees to 90-110 degrees. Then keeping a flat back extend one leg straight out and towards the floor while extending the kettlebell overhead. Breathe out as everything drops down. This can be done super slow to increase intensity.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Try not to let you shoulders shrug up too much.
