Single Leg 90 Knees Out Holding Kettle Bell Static

Holding a kettlebell over your shoulders, bend you knees at 90-110 degrees flattening your back to the mat. Straighten one leg as you drop it down, then alternate to the other side. Breathe out as you straighten your leg maintaining steady pressure into the mat with a tight core.
Helpful tips and Tricks
This can be performed super slow to increase the difficulty. A slightly heavier kettlebell can make this move easier.
