Single Arm Kb Swings

Directions
Start with the kettle bell in one hand and pop the hips up using that momentum to get the kettle bell to eye level. Breathe out as kettle bell approaches the top of swing. Keep your core tight and pull the kettle bell back down. Keep a neutral spine and hinge at the waist not the lower back.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Let your eyes follow the kettle bell. Get your hips straight at the top of the swing.
