Single Arm Dumbbell Row: Standing, Off The Rack

Grab a dumbbell off the rack with your right hand. Take a few steps back and bend over slightly at the waist with feet about 6-inches apart. Rest left hand out-stretched on the rack in front of you. Exhale and pull dumbbell up and back towards your hip pocket, keeping upper arm close to your side. Inhale and lower to starting position. Repeat for all reps, then switch arms and repeat.

Keep head up and chest and back in alignment. Pull dumbbell in a rowing motion.
