Side To Side Squats

Directions
From a neutral standing position, step out with the right foot to a wide leg position and squat down as low as you can. Make sure your knees are steady. Push off with the right leg to come back to neutral, feet together. Then step out with your left leg and repeat the process. Once you get the motion of stepping out side to side and squatting, you can intensify the move by hopping/jumping in between squats.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Depending on your space (and energy), you can jump/chasse as little or as far as you can, really getting your heart rate pumping!
