Directions
Start off in push-up position. Jump your feet in towards your right hand making sure to stay towards the outside of the elbow. Then, jump your feet back to the starting position. Then jump your feet in towards your left hand. Then, jump back to starting position. 1 Repetition is when you have jumped up on both the right and left sides.
