Side Stretch With Swiss Ball
1. Place feet wider than shoulder width apart. 2. With arms straight and Swiss Ball over your head, lean to one side. Hold the stretch and return to standing position. 3. Repeat on opposite side.

1. If the Swiss Ball is too strenuous, do the stretch with just your hands.
