Side Lunge

Directions
From standing neutral, step out wide with your right foot, keeping your left leg straight, and bend the right knee. You can go low enough to touch the ground, or until the point that is do-able for you. Make sure your hips are facing forward. Repeat on the left side. You can let your feet turn slightly out, as in the video. Just make sure that your knees are not going past your toes when you bend.
