Side Lateral Raises: Leaning, Single Arm, Dumbbell

Standing next to a solid rack or object that allows for secure hand grip, hold a dumbbell in hand farthest away from the rack with a pronated-grip. Grab the rack with free hand and lean out extending the arm. Raise the dumbbell to shoulder height by driving through your elbow. Pause, then lower the weight to the starting position. Repeat this movement for all reps then switch arms and repeat on other side.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Keep your head up and your back, hips & chest in proper alignment. Breathe in on the way down. Breathe out on the way up. Try not to swing.
