Side Crunch

Lying on your back, with your knees bent and feet on the floor, you are going to drop your knees to one side. Then, you will do a basic crunch lifting your chest to the ceiling. You should feel this in your obliques (or side abdominal muscles). The most important thing is to NOT strain your neck. If you are feeling strain in your neck, you are starting the movement with your head.
