Shoulder Press With Dumbbells

Make sure to keep your abdominal muscles tight. Anytime we are lifting a weight over our head, we can transfer the weight to our lower back. Keeping the core tight, or you can sit down, you will raise your arms over year head touching the weights together at the top. Palms facing forward. When you bring them back down, make a 90 degree angle with your arms (no lower than that), and then press back up.
