Seated Stir The Pot

While sitting tall balanced on your butt with a kettlebell, medicine ball or dumbbell, draw a circle put past your knees while maintaining balance and a stable core. Breathe out as the kettlebell passes out over your knees, alternating directions. This can be done super slow to make it more difficult.

Keep re adjusting your spine to keep in tall and neutral as the movement is challenging.
