Directions
Grab the lat bar with a shoulder-width wide grip.
Sit down and place feet shoulder-width on the platform.
Pull the lat bar towards your sternum, keeping your elbows high. Slowly return the bar to the original starting position.
Lean forward slightly to fully stretch out the entire back on the extension.
Repeat this range of motion until all reps are completed.
Return the handle bars to the original starting position.
