Seated Rows: Machine, Close Grip

Adjust chest pad and handle bars of the Seated Row machine to comfortable fit. Place your hands at a close-grip width on the handle bars. Pull the handle bars towards your chest. Lower the handle bars until arm are re-extended, but weight is not resting on the stack. Repeat this range of motion until all reps are completed. Return the handle bars to the original starting position.
