Seated Rows: Close Grip

Place your hands at a close-grip width on the handle bars. Sit down on machine and place legs on the platform above the floor. Pull the handle bars towards your chest. Lower the handle bars until arm are extended, but weight is not resting on the stack. Repeat this range of motion until all reps are completed. Return the handle bars to the original starting position.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Keep your head back and your chin & chest up. It's ok to slighly lean forward to fully open your back at the beginning of the movement.
