Seated Row

Using the seated row machine, grab the narrow handle and lean back slightly bracing your core. Without moving your torso pull the handle back (Breathe out here) and pinch your shoulder blades together. This can be done super slow taking 10 seconds - 2 min in each direction.

Keep your gaze up so your spine is neutral, especially your neck.
