Directions
Seated on a chair. Sit with Abdominals contracted, feet straight ahead, Inline with the chair.
Pick your Pilates Ball up,Holding it with your both hands, Start in the center, midline of your body. Slowly twist to the right holding the pilates ball, Exhale on the twist, Hold for 3 seconds, and bring back to center ,midline of your body
Now do the left side.
Do 8-12 Repetitions On each side.
