Seated Balanced Tricep Extension

While balancing on your butt, grab a kettlebell, dumbbell or medicine ball over your head. Keep a fairly straight spine and extend the kettlebell behind your head with your elbows stationary and in. Try not to let your head go to far forward and you lower back to round.

This can be done super slow to increase difficulty. Breathe out as the kettlebell goes up.
