Start by lying face down on a mat. Then bend one leg to 90 and lift it straight up as high as possible. Then lead with the heel to the opposite of the floor trying to keep your shoulders flat to the mat. Return to the starting position. You can use a towel and keep you head on the mat looking the opposite way that the leg is stretching to.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Focus on the leg lifting straight up at first then the big arc over the body leading with the heel first.
