Scapula Pushup

Directions
This exercise strengthens the postural muscles of the upper back and shoulder blades. With straight arms, motion the shoulder blades back and down on the body and then go to a full extension at the top and repeat. Try to avoid motion in the arms keeping them locked out during the scapula set. Breathe out on coming up into full extension.
Helpful tips and Tricks
You can do the motion and then add in a normal push up on every rep.
