In this variation, using a wall (or a box) to stabilize the Swiss Ball is an easier variation of a free standing Swiss Ball push up. Use some side squeeze (on the ball) to stabilize your body. Do a standard push up keeping your core tight and a neutral spine, breathing out as you push your body up.
