Directions
Center up on a swiss ball with your shoulders on the peak on of the swiss ball. Grab the medicine ball and straighten you arms with ball above your chest. Shift the medicine ball to one side as the swiss ball shifts the opposite way on your shoulders. Keep your hips up as much as possible and breather out as the medicine ball bottoms out and starts to come up. Keep your butt up and your glutes contracted. Stop if you have back pain.
