Rower Sprint

From a seated position grab the rowing handle and push away with your legs, then start to pull back with your arms, then return to starting position. I used high resistance at a moderate pace (for demonstration purposes). I wanted to note only a slight extension is used, mainly using legs, arms and core to do the roe, not lower back.
Helpful tips and Tricks
You can go faster in a "sprint" if desired - but take care to keep your form...
