With a dumbbell (5 or 10lbs), start with hands over your head, feet wide. Lean to the right keeping your chest open, facing front. Continue to go further down until you have to lean over with the dumbbell, directly between your feet. Swoop through, twisting your torso slightly, to where your right arm is above your left arm, and come up on your left side, until you are back to the starting point. Repeat this on your left, alternating sides.
