Rope Row W Scapula Set

Directions
Using a rope on a cable attachment, set the height at elbow height with a 90 degree bend in arms. Then will straight arms, pull the shoulders back and down on the body. Then pull the rope back while breathing out, squeezing your shoulders back and down on the body. Pause for a second or two to get the most postural aspect out of this exercise.
